What to include

• the event, venue, performer, or public URL involved;
• the approximate time and timezone when the problem occurred;
• the MCP tool name or public API endpoint, if known; and
• the visible error message, without passwords, tokens, or private conversation content.

Service checks

Machine-readable service health is available at https://api.sofiastage.com/health. MCP clients can also read the sofiastage://status resource for snapshot freshness. These checks report technical availability, not ticket availability.
