Terms of Use
1. Service
SofiaStage provides read-only information about cultural events, venues, performers, and related editorial content. The public API and MCP server do not create reservations, sell tickets, modify SofiaStage data, or access user accounts.
2. Event and ticket information
Event details can change after publication. Always confirm the current date, time, location, price, accessibility information, and ticket availability with the venue, organizer, or linked ticket provider. A ticket link is a reference to a third-party service and is not a guarantee that tickets are available.
3. Acceptable use
You may use the service for lawful event discovery. You must not:
- attempt to bypass rate limits, security controls, or access restrictions;
- interfere with the service or use it to distribute malicious content;
- misrepresent SofiaStage data as a confirmed booking, transaction, or availability guarantee; or
- use the service in a way that violates applicable law or third-party rights.
4. Third-party services
Links may lead to independent venues, organizers, ticket providers, social networks, or other websites. Their content, transactions, terms, and privacy practices are controlled by those third parties.
5. Availability and changes
The service is provided on an as-available basis. SofiaStage may correct data, change features, enforce reasonable usage limits, or temporarily suspend the service for security or maintenance.
6. Disclaimer
To the extent permitted by law, SofiaStage does not warrant that every listing is complete, current, or error-free and is not responsible for decisions or purchases made through third-party services. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or liabilities that cannot legally be excluded.
7. Privacy
The Privacy Notice explains how SofiaStage processes technical request data for the API and MCP server.
